Steph’s Cleaning YYC provides commercial cleaning services tailored to client requirements, including recurring office cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleans, and specialty cleaning upon request. Services will be agreed upon in writing prior to commencement.
Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the premises at the scheduled cleaning time. Any change to scheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments without notice may be subject to a service fee.
All pricing is provided in advance via quote or agreement. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise arranged. Recurring services may be billed monthly. Late payments are subject to a 2% monthly fee.
Cancellations or changes must be made with at least 24 hours' notice. Last-minute cancellations may incur a fee up to 50% of the scheduled service.
Our team is fully insured. We take every precaution to ensure safe and respectful service. Steph’s Cleaning YYC is not responsible for pre-existing damage or unsecured valuables. Clients should store confidential or sensitive items appropriately.
We stand by the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with a service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address the concern promptly and make it right.
We strive to send the same trusted team to each recurring appointment. In rare cases where staffing changes are necessary, we will communicate clearly and ensure proper handover.
